About Mediation

Mediation is a process whereby a neutral third-party mediator serves as a facilitator between adverse parties attempting to reach a voluntary resolution of their dispute.

Mediation can take place during either the Pre-Litigation, or Litigation phase, of nearly any type of case.  Many Court Jurisdictions make mediation mandatory prior to proceeding to trial.  Whether it be a voluntary or mandatory mediation, Ms. Cuchel handles each proceeding with the same level of attention and professionalism.
