Schedule and Service Information
Morning mediations start at 9:00am, afternoon mediations at 1:30pm. Please contact me if you need to start at a different time.
Mediations can take place virtually, via zoom, at one of the lawyer’s offices, or any other agreed upon location. If you would like me to make arrangements for a location, I am happy to do so. Any costs associated with securing a location shall be shared equally between the parties.

Rates and Policies
Two party mediation sessions are $225.00 per party, per hour. Three party sessions are $175.00 per party, per hour. Four party sessions are $150.00 per party, per hour. Please contact me directly to discuss rates for additional parties.
Mediations may be booked for half day, with a three hour minimum, or full day, with a six hour minimum.
No charge for travel time within Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco County. Please contact me directly to discuss travel rates for any other county.
Mediation summaries are always appreciated, but not required. No charge for review of a summary and accompanying documents. Please submit at least 48 hours in advance.
If for any reason you need to cancel a previously scheduled mediation, I ask for as much notice as possible. There will be no cancellation fee assessed unless I am provided with less than 48 hours notice. In the event of a late cancellation, the fee for a half day mediation shall be $500.00, and the fee for a full day mediation shall be $1000.00. Cancellation fee shall be split equally between the parties, unless the parties agree otherwise. If the same case is later rescheduled, the cancellation fee shall be credited toward the rescheduled mediation.
