About Cuchel Mediation

Mediator, Ardyn V. Cuchel, is a graduate of the University of South Florida, and Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport, Florida.  While at Stetson, Ms. Cuchel was a member of the Client Skills Board, which was a mock skills team that focused on negotiation and mediation skills. After graduation, Ms. Cuchel practiced with a local firm for a few months and then founded her own law practice shortly thereafter. Ms. Cuchel has practiced as a sole practitioner since 2004. In her solo practice, Ms. Cuchel has had the opportunity to handle a wide variety of disputes including, but not limited to:  

During her years of practice, Ms. Cuchel attended hundreds of mediations, as an advocate for her clients.  She had an opportunity to work with so many talented mediators, who played a pivotal role in helping bring cases to amicable resolutions.   Ms. Cuchel developed a great love and respect for the process of mediation.  Litigation is often so emotional and so contentious, by nature, but Ms. Cuchel believes that it doesn’t have to be.  Ms. Cuchel believes that a good mediator can help get through to even the most stubborn or emotional of clients, and encourage those clients to listen with an open mind, and be receptive to settlement discussions. Ms. Cuchel is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator.
